Esterad’s Board of Directors has called for the shareholders General Assembly to pay a dividend by 10% of the issued share and paid-up capital.

The Bahraini Company has noted in a statement that total dividends are amounted to BHD 1.39 million, by 10 fils per share.

It is worth noting that Esterad achieved net earnings worth BHD 1.97 million in 2014, against BHD 2.14 million in 2013, recording a decline by eight percent.
